Although we use a next day delivery service this is NOT guaranteed.

Please order in plenty of time if your order is for a special occasion.

Orders will be dispatched the next day for postal next working day delivery

via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

If your order is for food items, please ensure that someone will be available

to accept your delivery.

However, should your package arrive late please check the tracking

number provided to you as your first point of call.

If on arrival your parcel shows sign of damage, please sign for the delivery

as 'damaged' or return to sender.

Once you have signed for/accepted the parcel unfortunately, we cannot be held

responsible or consider a refund or exchange.
